None Excel Add-in for HubSpot Excel Add-in for HubSpot is a part of Excel import and export add-ins package. It allows you to use the convenience of Excel to process your HubSpot data, make modifications to it, and export it back to HubSpot.
All you have to do, to connect to HubSpot, is to provide an API Key. Optionally, you can also set a few other connection parameters and test, if the connection is working.
Next step, is to import the data to Excel. You can do so, with the help of Import Wizard, which allows you to choose desired objects for import, set filters and ordering, and also use custom SQL queries. Before importing the data, you also get to preview it.
When everything is set and the data has been imported, there is all the power of Excel at your fingertips, enabling you to analyze this data, modify it, add or delete rows, and export the changes back to HubSpot. There is also a Rollback button added, in case you need to undo the changes made to HubSpot.
Data can be refreshed periodically from HubSpot, and there are also a few other convenient features added, such as coloring of cells, to help you identify changed or erroneous cells more easily. Cell coloring, amongst a few other options, can be also changed according to your preferences.
